The Levelator is an easy-to-use audio optimization tool that fixes volume inconsistencies for WAV or AIFF files. Developed specifically for podcast voice and music recordings, it ensures a consistent volume level using both gain optimization and RMS normalization.

Works via drag-and-drop and supports batch operations (dragging multiple files). Clients available for Linux and OSX.
